1. Account Credits: Free tokens are provided upon account creation solely for testing the service. Tokens are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be redeemed for cash. Any unused tokens will be forfeited if the account is closed, deleted, or suspended for reasons within the user’s control. Tokens lost due to platform errors will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
2. Paid Plans and Token Usage: TailwindGenAI offers four one-time purchase plans: Basic, Starter, Growth, and Pro. Each plan includes a fixed number of tokens for generating TailwindCSS code and specified support levels. Tokens do not expire and remain available until fully used. Users can purchase multiple plans, and all tokens from different plans will automatically accumulate in their account. Tokens purchased but not credited due to platform or payment errors will be resolved by contacting support.
3. Payments and Billing: All payments are securely processed through a third-party provider. By purchasing a plan, users agree to the pricing and token limits outlined at the time of purchase. Plans are non-subscription-based and billed once per purchase. TailwindGenAI does not provide refunds for any reason, including partial usage, unused tokens, mistaken purchases, or user-requested cancellations after a successful transaction. In the event of a payment failure, the transaction will not be completed and access to the purchased features will not be granted.
We may offer promotional codes, discounts, or limited-time offers (“Promotions”). All Promotions are subject to the following conditions unless expressly stated otherwise:
1. Promotions are valid only for the specified duration and cannot be applied after their expiration.
2. Promotions are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash or credit.
3. Promotions may have usage limits, plan restrictions, or eligibility requirements.
4. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any Promotion at any time without prior notice.
5. Promotions cannot be applied retroactively to previous purchases.
6. Misuse, fraud, or unauthorized distribution of any Promotion may result in cancellation of the discount and/or account action.
